Site Availability

The Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

Reservations, Amendent and Canellation

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings

The booking will be accepted on full advance payment by cash/bank draft in favors of monal resort

Payment Instructions:

Full Payment Advance immediately to avoid auto cancellation/direct payment. All Extras Direct.

Payment Term:

Full payment will be payable in advance, to confirm bookings in Cash/ Demand Draft/ Company Cheque at par only. Personal cheques and post-dated cheques are not acceptable… (OR) Please deposit the payment in our below mentioned account number and send us scan or fax copy of bank stamped deposit Pay in slip.

The cancellation rules are as follows

20 or more days before arrival 60%

11 or more days before arrival 75%

8 to 10 days before arrival 90%

4 to 7 days before arrival /no show no refund

Refunds

Refund will be made after producing original cash receipt and cancellation charges will be applicable on the full amount of the total reservation for example if tourist pays 50% amount in advance and cancels his reservation then cancellation charge will be calculated on the full reservation.

No refund will be made in the eventuality of the reservation being cancelled / re-scheduled due to natural calamities .unforeseen circumstances etc.

Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.

In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel’s liability.

The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.

Monal Resort does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
